What address will my delivery come to?
Your delivery will go directly to your address. If you have any specific instructions required to help our drivers get your bag safely to you, you will have the option to add this to your account.
What if I’m not home when you deliver my box?
If you’re not home when we deliver, our driver will make sure to leave your bag in a secure and safe location. We will also send you a text to let you know when your bag has been dropped off, so you can get home to pop it inside.
What days and times do you deliver?
Our delivery days are Tuesday through to Saturday. Deliveries are made between 7 am and 5 pm. You can select the best delivery day to suit you.
Do I need a subscription to order from the My Food Bag Shop?
No, you don't need to have a My Food Bag subscription to purchase from My Food Bag, and you will not need to set up a My Food Bag account. This is a one-off delivery.
Is the ready made meal packaging oven safe?
Our ready-made meal packaging is fully recyclable and designed to be safely heated in both the oven and microwave. For the best results, we recommend heating pies and lasagnes in the oven, while pastas can be heated in either the oven or microwave. When using the oven, place the plastic dish on an oven tray. Always lift the meal in and out of the oven using the tray, as the packaging may soften slightly when hot. Please do not set your oven above 180°C or use the grill function.
