Our Christmas bags can be delivered anywhere within our standard city and town delivery locations. All you need to do is pop your address into our order form during checkout, and we will let you know if we are delivering in your area. At this stage, we are unable to deliver our Christmas bags outside our pre-established network to ensure that the Christmas goodness arrives to you in tip-top shape.
Depending on your location, delivery is on the 22nd or 23rd of December. Once you put in your postcode you will see the available timeslots in your area. Make sure to get your order in quickly as delivery slots and stocks are strictly limited. Changes to delivery dates and addresses may be restricted due to demand.
Not to worry! Our delivery drivers will happily put it in a safe place for you as per your delivery instructions if you are not home. You'll receive a text once we have delivered your Christmas order to let you know, and then you can pop the chilled items in the fridge as soon as you get home.
Yes! To make your Christmas extra special we have 5 delicious extras that are the perfect addition to your Christmas menu. Including an Entertainer’s Cheeseboard, Pomegranate-Glazed NZ Salmon, Free-Range Turkey Rolls, Vegan Mushroom Wellington, plus a Decadent Basque Cheesecake. Once you select the Christmas menu you want, these Extras will be available for you to add on to your order and will arrive with your Christmas bag on your delivery day.
You sure can! You can choose a different delivery address when you place your order. When you try to change your address, our address checker will verify if we can deliver to the new address. All address changes to Christmas are subject to time slot and product availability.
We’ve worked hard to keep the pantry staples the same as what you’d see in our normal deliveries. You’ll need a few common staple items like oil, milk, vinegar, cornflour, mustard, soy sauce, salt & pepper, 1 or 2 eggs and butter. We'll send you a detailed list of all of the pantry staples a few days before delivery so you make sure you've got everything you need. Note our My Vegan & Veggie Christmas will only require vegan ingredients.
